Q Can you make my videos shorter?
Usually, and they are usually better for it. Dead air, repeated takes and the setup nobody needed are the first things to go.
Q trims the start of a clip. Here it asks if we can trim yours.
C Can you cut a podcast into clips?
Yes. The long recording in, short captioned clips out, sized for each platform.
C is the razor.
Long form and files
I How do I send footage?
Raw files and references go in a shared Drive folder. We lock style, aspect ratio and deadline before we start.
I marks the in point. This is where yours starts.
S Do I get the project files?
Yes. Masters and the project files, yours forever, no expiry, no watermark.
Everyone presses S with Cmd, often. You will never lose this save.
A Which sizes do you deliver?
Every aspect ratio you need: 9:16 for Reels, Shorts and TikTok, 16:9 for YouTube, 1:1 and 4:5 for the feed.
A selects everything ahead. So do we: every frame size ahead of you.
T Do you make thumbnails?
Yes. Long form comes with a matching thumbnail pack, and thumbnails can be added to anything else.
T is the type tool. Thumbnails are where type matters most.
Feedback and captions
R How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds are included, about 12 hours a round. Comment on the frame, we fix that frame.
R is the rate stretch tool. We would rather not stretch the schedule either.
M How do I give feedback?
You get a review link with timestamped comments. Leave the note on the exact frame.
M drops a marker. So do you, on our review link.
N Do you do captions and subtitles?
Yes. Captions timed to the beat and burned in for Reels, Shorts and TikTok, and subtitle files for YouTube.
N is the rolling edit. Captions roll with the words.
Working together
B Do you work with brands too?
Yes: UGC ads, launch films and product spots, script to delivery, two cuts as standard.
B is the ripple edit. Brand work ripples into every format.
P What does it cost?
It depends on the format and how many you need. Short form runs on a monthly plan. Send a brief and we will reply with a number.
P is the pen tool. Prices take a brief, not a guess.
D Where are you?
